📦 When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped from our base in Hammel, Denmark. Typical delivery times are:

⏳ What if my order is delayed?
While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays can happen due to holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at amslols@gmx.net with your order number, and we’ll help right away.
🔁 Can I return my purchase?
Yes! You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Contact us first to receive return instructions.
❗ What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Email amslols@gmx.net with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
